Niger State College of Agriculture Students Visited CRIN on Excursion

The students and staff of Niger State College of Agriculture, Mokwa were on excursion to the Institute on September 29, 2021. According to the Head of Department (HOD), Engr. Mohammed Jiya Mamman, that accompanied the students, CRIN was one of the other research Institutes in Ibadan that was penciled down for excursion. In his remarks, the visit to CRIN afforded the students, most of whom had never set their eyes on cocoa pods, the opportunity not only to see cocoa but to be trained on grafting. The HOD expressed his appreciation of the research innovations in the Institute and the structures on ground. The students were excited and satisfied after training on cocoa grafting techniques.
